As one of Europe’s leading specialists in the production of electric heating elements we proudly look back on a long history of over seven decades as an owner-managed medium-sized business.
With our broad range of products from delicate tool and mould heating systems to powerful heating elements for liquid and gaseous heating we are highly familiar with most use cases for industrial heating.

The GC-heat management team has developed the partnership continuum framework in order to visualise the guiding principles we aspire to follow in our interactions with people within and outside our company. We held numerous workshops with our entire staff to define these attributes for ourselves, filling them with life.

Expansion into China: For the first time in its corporate history, GC-heat is an exhibitor at the Chinaplas in Shanghai and the Asiamold in Guongzhou.
GC-heat is honoured as vocational training company of the month from the Cologne Chamber of Commerce and as a top-level educator by the German Federal Employment Agency.
GC-tube hermetic, the hermetic technology for customers in the field of gas and liquid heating is introduced.
With GC-coil hermetic safe + GC-heat is the first manufacturer to offer a three-year warranty for a coil heater.
GC-heat makes it to the TOP5-finals of the “Educator of the Year” competition from the Chamber of Commerce, Cologne.
Expansion: The Waldbröl facility is expanded by a two-story administration and production building.

The GC-coil 1.8 x 3.2 with an optionally integratable FeCuNi thermocouple is presented.
GC-coil fix, the self-clamping nozzle heater is presented to the public.
The GC-coil, which is protected against moisture is optimized and with the GC-jacket GC-heat developed a lean, maintenance-free clamping mechanism for nozzle heaters.

Start of production for high density heating elements. For this, a facility consolidation of the entire production with an expanded production floor space was performed at the current location in Waldbröl.
